01When should I arrive in Hawaii?
The festival runs January 11–16, 2027. The preliminary timeline marks January 10 and January 17 as travel days, rather than public festival days. Book your own flights and arrange your accommodation separately.
02Where do I stay, and where are the shows?
Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikīkī Beach Resort is the official hotel partner. Main performances take place at Royal Hawaiian Center in Waikīkī. Your hotel and the performance venue are separate locations.
03What comes with every ticket?
All four packages include hotel-to-theater transportation, dinner each evening except Wednesday, Rock-A-Hula show admission, and entertainment and production fees. Prices are in USD; the official ticket page lists an additional 4.5% tax. Airfare and hotel accommodation are separate.
04Is the Blue Hawaii Tour included?
The Blue Hawaii filming locations tour is included with Ultimate VIP and Diamond. It is not listed as an inclusion for Entourage or Standard.
05How do I know whether I’m in Group A or Group B?
You’ll be assigned to Group A or Group B upon arrival at festival check-in. You do not need to select a group when purchasing tickets. Group A attends the included Rock-A-Hula Hawaiian Buffet Dinner and Show on Tuesday; Group B attends on Thursday. The other group has regular festival dinner at 8:30 PM that evening. The 10:00 PM TMJR Productions festival headline performances are separate events.
06Can I stay at another hotel?
Yes. Festival shuttles serve Hilton Hawaiian Village only. If you stay elsewhere, you are responsible for getting to the performance venue; shuttles do not collect guests from other hotels.
07What happens on Wednesday?
Wednesday is your free day to enjoy the island at your own pace. No festival shows or included festival dinners are scheduled that day. Through our partnership with Rock-A-Hula, discounted Royal Star tours will be available. More information coming soon! Tours are optional and cost extra; pricing, reservations and final details have not yet been announced.
08Will I get to meet the performers?
The official FAQ describes informal beachside fan gatherings and singalongs. Ultimate VIP includes access to the Elvis Suite private lounge. Gathering times and artist participation will be confirmed by the organizer; the lineup is subject to change.
09How do I book the discounted hotel room block?
Use the festival’s Hilton booking link on our Hotel & Travel page. The discounted room block must be booked through that link; the rate cannot be obtained by calling the hotel. Rooms are limited. The booking deadline is December 11, 2026. Accommodation is booked separately from festival tickets.
10Who can help with payment options or sharing a room?
Call TMJR Productions at 540-425-6550 for the Roommate Helper service and current payment-plan availability. Payment plans must be arranged with the box office before purchasing online. Extended-stay discounts have not been confirmed.
11What is the refund policy?
The official ticket page states that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Ask TMJR Productions to confirm current cancellation and optional insurance terms before you buy, and review the terms shown at checkout.
